TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices and the availability of works shown on this website may alter without notice. Please contact Peter Luty for up-to-date information on prices and availability.
All prices exclude packing and delivery charges.
Unframed works are sent either flat, fully protected between sheets of hardboard or carefully rolled in large diameter tubes, depending on the work, using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. A typical drawing or print might cost in the region of £15 - £30 for postage and packing in mainland UK. This includes compensation for loss or damage up to £1,000.
Framed works are sent fully protected between sheets of hardboard using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. It should be noted that works intended to be glazed are sent without the glass. You will have to arrange for the work to be glazed and sealed at the back by your local picture framer. Full instructions are included. Glazed works cannot be sent by Royal Mail, the potential damage that might be caused to the work by broken glass makes this impractical. A typical painting might cost in the region of £50 - £80 for postage and packing in mainland UK. This includes compensation for loss or damage up to £1,500.
Alternatively, all works including glazed works can be collected from Peter Luty’s studio in south east London.
Works may be purchased only by bank transfer. Works will be dispatched once bank transfers for the full amount of the purchase price and delivery have cleared.
Original prints are hand printed on fine art printing paper using artists’ high quality pigment printing inks. Some slight variation and imperfection in the finish is inevitable and forms part of the style of the work. Any watercolour finish on printed works will vary from print to print.
All works are made using high quality, light-fast materials, however works must never be stored or displayed in bright light or sunshine as some fading or discolouration may occur.
